1. Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- We partner with trusted EU & UK suppliers for fast delivery. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in 3–10 business days to the UK/EU (depending on supplier location and your address). You’ll see exact estimated delivery at checkout for each item. We only work with reliable partners so you get beautiful, well-made pieces without long waits.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship all orders using trusted carriers are tracked where available.
Please note: THERE MAY BE A TOP-UP AMOUNT ADDED TO NON-MAINLAND UK DESTINATIONS, DEPENDING ON WHAT CARRIERS ARE CHARGING FOR DELIVERY. IF SO, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU FOR APPROVAL BEFORE PROCESSING YOUR ORDER. WE WILL ENDEAVOUR FOR THIS NOT BE AN ISSUE AS MUCH AS WE CAN AND APOLOGISE IN ADVANCE IF THIS CAUSES INCONVENIENCE.

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- You can track your order directly with the carrier.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
- We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
6. International Shipping
- Currently, we ship to the UK, USA and Europe. If you are outside of these territories please contact us so we can best work out how to serve you.
- We may expand to other countries in the future — customers will be notified via our website.
